    Saginaw Valley State University will be hosting an open tryout for any Senior boys high school players or transfer student for the 2009 season. The tryout will be at SVSU men ’s soccer fields located on Davis rd. on the campus of SVSU. It will take place on Saturday November 22nd 10:00 am to Noon. The Cardinals finished tied for second with Northwood (6-3-1) in GLIAC regular season play last season.
  • Mens Soccer Kicks Off 2008 Season

    UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - Saginaw Valley State University Mens Soccer will scrimmage Macomb Community College today, August 18th at 3:00 pm as a warm up before their 2008 season opener at Quincy on August 30th. The Cardinals began practice last week marking the start of the 2008 fall season. SVSU is looking to improve this season on its 11-8 record in 2007, a season in which they set the school record for wins.
