In their final home stance of the season, the Saginaw Valley State
University men’s soccer team lost to visiting Madonna
University on Wednesday (Oct. 29) 4-0 in a non-GLIAC match up at
the SVSU Soccer Complex. The Cardinals struggled to find their offensive game against the visiting Crusaders. Goalkeeper Luke Deming (Thomas Township, Mich./Freeland HS) made eight saves on the afternoon. The loss drops SVSU to 6-9-2 overall, and they remain 1-6 in the GLIAC. The Cardinals will return to action Saturday (Nov. 1) as they travel to Northwood University to end the regular season. |
