September 12, 2008EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Cardinal women traveled to Michigan State University for the 2008 Spartan Invitational Meet. This marked the first time the Lady Cardinals had run in a meet for new head coach Grant Wall. -
Lady Cardinals Ready for 2008
August 28, 2008UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The 2008 mens and womens cross country teams start their season at home this Friday (Aug. 29) at the annual SVSU Invitational. This season though there will be a new feel to the program as Grant Wall takes control of his first season as coach of cross country and track programs. Wall started off his tenure as coach earlier this month with a trip to Mio that he returned from pleasantly surprised with the amount of talent that was on the teams and the level of dedication each on of his runners showed over the summer. -
Womens Cross Country Receives All-Academic Awards

Saginaw Valley State University is proud to announce that the womens cross country team has received All-Academic Team honors for both their work on the trails and in the classroom. Three cross country runners were also awarded All-Academic Individual Honors.
