Event Entrances & Selling Stations
All event entrances and selling stations will open one hour and thirty minutes prior to game time.
Will Call
Each person on the Will Call List must present a photo ID and sign for their ticket. If under the age of 18, a photo ID is not required. Parents/Family members of Student Athletes, please remind your student-athletes to submit their complementary ticket requests via ARMS. This must be done for each home game. Complementary ticket requests end 6 hours prior to the start of the event. If the deadline is missed, tickets will need to be purchased.
For football games, the will call is located across from the Main Entrance of our Athletic Complex on the East side of the Ryder Center. At all other sporting events, Will Call will be located at the ticket booth.

All Sports Passes & Family Passes
All Sports Passes & Family Passes are good for all home regular season games. To redeem your passes, you will need your SVSU ID number.

SVSU Alumni get 15% off every home sporting event, excluding championships and high school events. To retrieve this code, please reach out to the Alumni Office or athleticsticketing@svsu.edu and provide your name and graduation year to receive your discount code. Where can I find my ticket once it is purchased?
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you entered when you purchased your tickets. If you cannot find your tickets, contact the Athletic Ticket Office and they can resend your tickets to your email.
