Event Entrances & Selling Stations
All event entrances and selling stations will open one hour and thirty minutes prior to game time.
What is my Membership ID?
For Students, Faculty, and Staff this number is your ID number and will allow you to get your All Sports Passes. For other packages and performances, this membership ID number will be specified to you by the Athletics Ticket Office or their representatives. If you have any questions, please contact athleticsticketing@svsu.edu.
Will Call
Each person on the Will Call List must present a photo ID and sign for their ticket. If under the age of 18, a photo ID is not required. Parents/Family members of Student Athletes, please remind your student-athletes to submit their complementary ticket requests via ARMS. This must be done for each home game. Complementary ticket requests end 6 hours prior to the start of the event. If the deadline is missed, tickets will need to be purchased.
For football games, the will call is located across from the Main Entrance of our Athletic Complex on the East side of the Ryder Center. At all other sporting events, Will Call will be located at the ticket booth.

All Sports Passes & Family Passes
All Sports Passes & Family Passes are good for all home regular season games. To redeem your passes, you will need your SVSU ID number.

SVSU Alumni we have two options for alumni ticket packages depending on your alumni status. The first one would be the SVSU Take Flight Pass, which is available to all recent Alumni who have graduated within the past three years. This pass allows two or four people to attend all home regular season athletic contests for the year. The cost for two Take Flight Passes is $120. The cost for four Take Flight Passes is $160. For Alumni that have graduated more than three years ago, we have the Forever Red pass which is, again, for all home regular season athletic contests for the year. It is priced at $150 for two and $200 for four. If you are intested in these ticket pacakges, please contact athleticsticketing@svsu.edu.

Where can I find my ticket once it is purchased?
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you entered when you purchased your tickets. If you cannot find your tickets, contact the Athletic Ticket Office and they can resend your tickets to your email.
