Kelsey Vittitow Earns All-GLIAC Honors

Saginaw Valley State University volleyball earned an All-GLIAC honor as Kelsey Vittitow was giving honorable mention.

Vittitow is a junior libero and has been with the program for the last four seasons. This year, she played in 28 matches and 99 sets. Vittitow led the Cardinals with 434 digs putting her over the 1000 dig threshold and ending her career at 1428. She averaged a career-high 4.38 digs per set. Her previous high was from her freshman year in the 2020-21 season when Vittitow averaged 3.92 digs per set. Vittitow also had 20 aces this season for a career total of 75. Head coach Will Stanton had this to say,

"Kelsey has been a consistent passer and defender over the last four years. She has started in the libero role for us since her freshman year and has gotten better every season. Her hard work and attention to detail has made her one of the best to wear the Cardinal uniform. Congratulations to Kelsey on this recognition!"
