Stefanie Burch competed for the University of Windsor Lancers for five years in the high jump. She was a part of the 2006 Canadian Interuniversity Sports (CIS) Championship team and won four Ontario University Athletics (OUA) team championships with the Lancers. She was an individual bronze medalist in both the OUA and CIS in the high jump in 2005. She also was a two-time Canadian Junior National medalist.

Stefanie graduated with a degree in Human Kinetics-Sports Management from the University of Windsor and is now pursuing a Mater's Degree in Occupational Therapy at SVSU.
