2012-13: Indoor: ran a season-best 8.09 60m dash at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships...clocked her fastest 200m dash of the season at the SVSU "Doug Hansen" Open with a time of 29.02...placed second in the 60m dash at both the SVSU "The Cardinal" and the SVSU "Doug Hansen" Open with times of 8.18 and 8.31 respectively. Outdoor: posted a season-best 12.99 in the 100m at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational...won the 4x100m relay at both the GVSU vs. SVSU meet and the Northwood Open with times of 48.67 and 48.93 respectively...named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2011-12: Indoor: set a season best of 28.39 in the 200m at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing 63rd of 76...ran her season best of 8.17 in the 60m at both the GVSU Dual and the SVSU "Doug Hansen" Open, placing 6th and 3rd respectively. Outdoor: finished 4th in the 100m at the SVSU vs. GVSU meet, crossing the finish line at 17.75 and setting a season best...crossed the finish line in the 200m at the 28.52 mark, a season best set at the MSU Spartan Invitational and good for 34th place of 40 overall...selected to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2010-11:  Indoor: competed in the 60-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet and recorded a time of 8.20...leaped a distance 4.57 meters in the long jump and clocked in at 28.72 for the 200-meter dash at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open...earned a season best in the 60-meter dash of 8.12 at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual while also jumping a distance of 4.48 meters in the long jump...recorded a season best in the long jump of 4.65 meters at the SVSU Holiday Classic.  Outdoor: was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that clocked in at 50.44 at the MSU Spartan Invitational while also earning a season best in the long jump of 4.08 meters...ran the open 100-meter at the Stan Lyons Invitational and the FSU Bulldog Invitational and timed in at 13.49 and 13.22, respectively...competed in the 100-meter dash and was a member of the 4x100-meter relay at the EMU Twilight Invitational and earned a season best of 12.95 for the 100 and 49.5 for the 4x100 relay...was a member of the seventh place 4x100-meter relay team that clocked in at 49.27 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships. 

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Lincoln High School...earned a varsity letter in track all four years...was named captain and recipient of the Coach's award in her senior campaign...was a member of the state qualifing 4x100-meter relay team...member of National Honor Society, Key Club, and student council...was on the honor roll...majoring in psychology...daughter of Christian Sampson and Edwina Payne...born 9/21/92.
