Prior to SVSU/Personal: Was a four year varsity member of cross country and track at Gaylord High School under Coach Kalember…recorded an 18:38 personal record for the 5K, while clocking in at 5:24 for the mile and 11:42 for the two-mile in 2008…nominated as cross country captain in 2008…helped lead 2007 cross country team to the state championships…was nominated as all-regional and all-conference three consecutive years (2006-08)…honored as all-state and MIPXC Runner in both 2006 and 07 seasons…was elected MVP for cross country in 2008 and was Indoor All-State DMR in 2007…member of NHS, four year member of honor roll and graduated summa cum laude…majoring in Exercise Science…daughter of Vern and Jill Kassuba…born 3-3-91.
