2009-10: Cross Country: ran a season best in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 21:24 at the Northwood Invitational...earned a season best in the 6,000-meter run at the Cardinal Invitational clocking in at 25:33.  Outdoor: participated in the 5,000-meter run at the MSU Spartan Invitational and the FSU Bulldog Invitational and timed in at 21:03.39 and 21:12.65, respectively...ran the 5,000-meter at the Northwood Open and crossed the line at 20:52.28...earned a season best in the 5,000-meter run at the Stan Lyons Invitational with a time of 20:51.09.

2008-09: Earned a tenth place finish at the Northwood Invitational clocking in at a season best of 21:24...crossed the line at 21:44 at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships placing 107th overall.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Linden High School...participated in track and field as well as cross country...qualified for the state cross country and track meets...holds the indoor record for the 800-meter run and the Metro League and high school record for the 4x800-meter relay...majoring in education...daughter of Gary and Rhonda Duke...born 6/06/1989.
