Cardinal Women’s Golf Takes 12th at William Beall Fall Classic

FINDLAY, Ohio – The Saginaw Valley State University women's golf team headed to Ohio for a two-day tournament that started on Monday. 36 holes of golf on day one followed by 18 more on Tuesday to wrap up the three rounds of play.

The Cardinals took 12th with a final score of 951 shooting 320, 314, and 317 in the three rounds. Brook Herbstreit led SVSU with a score of 233 tying her for 32nd place. Megan Kozlowski was close behind shooting 238 over the two days. Mandy Ehrlich scored 243 through her three rounds and Megan Thiravong and Sydney Wesson rounded out the invitational for SVSU both shooting 247.

Women's golf heads to the Davenport Invitational. The two-day tournament is set to start Saturday, October 14 and wrap up on Sunday, October 15.
