2013-14: Indoor: set a season-best 200m race time of 23.15 to take 5th at SVSU's "The Cardinal" meet...recorded a career-best time of 49.28 in the 400m at the GVSU Tune Up where he placed 8th overall...competed in the 4X4 Relay and Distance Medley Relay where he helped lead his team to a 6th (3:22.47) and 7th (10:26.45) place finish, respectively. Outdoor: made a personal-best time in the 500m of 1:11.98 at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet and placed 3rd...set his season-best 400m record at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships where he finished in 49.77 to take 9th.

2012-13: Indoor: clocked a career record 7.29 in the 60m dash and finished second with a 52.29 in the 400m dash at the SVSU Indoor Classic...set a season-best mark in the 400m dash with a 52.03 and crossed the line third in the 4x400m relay with a 3:25.89 at the SVSU Holiday Classic...posted a 10:22.41 in the 4,000m distance medley at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. Outdoor: set a personal record in the 200m dash with a 22.88 at the Northwood Open...ran a career-best 11.31 in the 100m dash at the 2013 CMU - Lyle Bennett Open...clocked a season-best 51.69 in the 400m dash and finished second with a 3.23.76 in the 4x400m relay at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet.
