2013-14: Indoor: placed first in shot put at three indoor meets, one of which was at the SVSU "The Cardinal" meet with a distance of 14.13m...recorded a career-best 17.28m in weight throw at GVSU Tune Up, placing 4th...participated at the 2014 GLIAC Indoor Championships, placing 7th in shotput (14.28m - season best) and 8th in weight throw (17.23m). Outdoor: finished 1st in shotput at the Northwood Open with 13.52m...also finished first in hammer throw at the Northwood Open with 47.11m...posted a career-best 40.05m in discus at that meet as well...at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, she set a career-best 14.76m in shotput, placing 5th...also participated in hammer and discus at the championships.

2012-13: Indoor: finished first with a career-best 14.24m shot put at the SVSU - GVSU Dual...threw the longest weight throw of her career and finished second with a distance of 16.03m at the SVSU "The Cardinal"...placed first in both the weight throw and the shot put at the SVSU Holiday Classic with distances of 15.61m and 13.64m respectively...posted a pair of first place finishes with a 13.67m shot put and a 15.94m weight throw at the SVSU Indoor Classic. Outdoor: threw a season-best 50.31m hammer throw and finished second with a 13.14m shot put at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet...finished first with a season-best 14.14m shot put at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet...set a personal record in the discus throw at the 2013 CMU - Lyle Bennett Open with a distance of 37.73m...won the shot put event with a 14.00m throw at the 2013 Hillsdale Classic...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2011-12: Indoor: Posted a season best of 13.10m in shot put at the SVSU-GVSU Dual, good for a second place finish...placed 20th of 48 in weight throw at the GVSU Big Meet as well, recording her season high of 14.74m...reached a distance of 13.09m in weight throw placing 23rd, and 12.86m in shot put finishing 12th at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.  Outdoor: Had a season high in shot put of 12.69m at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational meet, placing 19th of 51...was successful at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, setting personal best's in discus throw and hammer throw; 37.41m in discus placing 27th and 45.94 in hammer placing 14th...also competed in shot put at GLIAC Championships throwing a distance of 12.28 and placing 11th. 

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Arthur Hill High School...earned varsity letters in track, basketball, softball, and volleyball...named second team all conference in softball and basketball her junior season...was a state qualifier in shot-put and discus her junior year...was regional runner-up in shot-put and regional champ in discus her senior season of track...named All-State in basketball and track her senior year...named team captain of her basketball team her senior year...member of National Honor Society...daughter of Jerusha and William Joiner...majoring in music education...born 11/22/92.
