2013-14: Indoor:  set a season-best in weight throw at SVSU's "The Cardinal" where he tossed a distance of 15.01m to place him in 6th...finished with a season-high 13.89m throw in shot put at the GLIAC Indoor Championships where he took 16th...also competed in weight throw at the GLIAC Indoor Championships where he took 23rd with a distance of 14.24m. Outdoor: recorded his career-best throw in discus at the Al Owens Classic with a 44.60m toss good for 9th place...made his mark at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, recording a career-best 48.46m hammer throw to place him in 14th, and a season-best distance of 13.89m in shotput to secure 17th place.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Breckenridge High School under coach Grant Woodman...was a three-sport athlete in high school participating in track and field, basketball and football...earned All-State honors in the discus throw...member of the honor roll and was an academic letter recipient...majoring in exercise science...son of Mitch Hartnagle and Tiffany Bott...born 10/6/94.
