The Saginaw Valley State University swimming and diving program had both the men's and women's teams named to the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for the Fall 2023 semester.

Not only has the team had a successful year in the pool with 19 program records set this year, the teams had good a good year in the classroom. The men put up a 3.29 GPA with the women tallying a 3.6 GPA. Head coach Jason Lintjer said,

"I'm really proud of how well our men and women performed in the classroom this fall. This team is a fantastic group of hardworking individuals. We just have a lot of dedicated student-athletes that put forward their best effort in all walks of life."
