GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Saginaw Valley State University diving team continued competition on day two of the NCAA DII National Championships on Thursday at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.

SVSU senior Libby Caird competed for the Cardinals in the women's 3-meter diving after advancing through the qualification dive on Tuesday. Caird, the Great Lakes Intercollegiate women's Diver of the Year, finished 12th on the 3-meter board with a total score of 394.50.

Caird will return to the pool for the 1-Meter dive on Saturday. Up next for the Cardinals, sophomore Adrien McGill will compete for the SVSU men in the 3-meter dive on Friday in Greensboro.
