2007-08: Took third in the 10,000 meter run (31:32.95) at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship...placed 27^th at GLIAC cross country meet with a time of 25:51 and placed 39^th at the regional's with a time of 33:25.

2006-07: Took second in the 5000 meters at the Cardinal Indoor Open with a time of 15:39.53... finished third in the 3000 meters at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate Open (8:57.36)... placed fifth in the 5000 meters at the EMU Classic in a time of 15:41.26.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Freeland High School... salutatorian at Freeland... set school record in 3200 meter relay... member of National Honor Society... majoring in Pre-Med... son of Tom and Janell Seaver... born 07-6-87.
