A pair of Saginaw Valley State University track & field student-athletes have been selected to compete at the 2015 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships next week.  Sophomore Andrew Mudd will compete from the men's team and junior Taylor Stepanski will represent the women's team in Allendale, Michigan.

Mudd will be competing in the Decathlon, where he ranks 10th in the nation with a score of 6,982, which he posted at the 2015 GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.  His events begin on Thursday (May 21) at 10:30 am and continue on Friday (May 22) at 9:30 a.m.

Stepanski has the #18 time in the 800 Meter Run, as she enters with a seed time of 2:09.59, which she earned at the 2015 GLIAC Outdoor Championships.  She is set to compete in the 800 Meter Prelims Friday (May 22) at 6:00 p.m. with a chance to advance to the finals on Saturday (May 23) at 3:45 p.m.
