2010-11: Indoor: earned a season best in the 800-meter run of 2:04.52 at the SVSU Holiday Classic...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that ran a season best of 3:29.78 at the SVSU vs. GVSU Dual...ran a season best of 52.83 in the 400-meter at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open...was a member of the seventh place distance medley relay team that crossed the line with a season best of 10:52.41 at the Indoor GLIAC Championships.  Outdoor: ran the 400-meter at the EMU Twilight Invitational and crossed the line at 52.10...participated in the open 400-meter run and timed in at 51.06 and was also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:24.03 at the Stan Lyons Invitational...earned a season best in the 400-meter run at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships coming in with a time of 50.83 and was also a member of the 4x400-meter relay that had a season best of 3:18.44 and placed seventh overall.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Transfer from Macomb Community College…prepped at Warren Woods Tower High School…was a four time junior college national qualifier for track and field…earned All-American honors in the distance medley relay…was named most valuable player of the cross country team at MCC…participated in track and field, cross country, and basketball while in high school…was all-division three times in cross country, was the most valuable player three times, and was a captain three times…was all-division twice in track and field and was a state qualifier in the 4x800-meter relay…majoring in Criminal Justice…son of Kim and Stacey Renas…born 3/14/1989.
