2011-12: Indoor: competed in the 200-meter dash and the triple jump at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open and recorded marks of 23.32 and 12.73 meters, respectively...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay teams that competed at the SVSU Indoor Classic and the Cardinal and timed in at 3:30.31 and 3:26.39...ran the 200-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual and clocked in at 23.34 and 3:25.04...earned season bests in the 200-meter (23.14) and triple jump (13.00 meters) competitions and was a member of the seventh place 4x400-meter relay team  that crossed the line at a season best 3:24.81 at the Indoor GLIAC Championships.  Outdoor:

2010-11: Indoor: ran the 60-meter dash at the SVSU Holiday Classic and clocked in at a season best of 6.94...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that came in with a final time of 3:25.64 at the GaREAT Collegiate Open and ran a 51.00 in the open 400-meter run...ran a season best in the 200-meter dash of 22.91 at the GVSU Big Meet...was a member of the seventh place 4x400-meter relay team that crossed the line with a final time of 3:26.68 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships...helped the team earn a season best in the 4x400-meter relay of 3:22.76 at the GVSU Big Meet.  Outdoor: ran a season best in the 400-meter run at the MSU Spartan Invitational coming in with a time of 51.50...participated in the 200-meter dash and was a member of the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams and earned season bests in the 200-meter dash, with a time of 22.77, and 4x100-meter relay, with a time of 42.12...had a season best in the triple jump at the FSU Bulldog Invitational with a distance of 12.70 meters...was a member of the third place 4x400-meter relay team that came in with a final time of 3:21.47 at the EMU Twilight Meet...earned two top-eight finishes in the Outdoor GLIAC Championships in the 4x100-meter relay, placing seventh (42.60), and the 4x400-meter relay, placing fifth with a season best of 3:18.44. 

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Atherton High School…named first and second-team all-league…named All-State and holds the 100-meter dash (10.75) and 200-meter dash (22.22) records for his high school…was on the honor roll for all four years…majoring in criminal justice…son of Mike and Alana Gechowski…born 4/23/1992.
