2010-11: Indoor: participated in the 800-meter run at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open and the Indoor GLIAC Championships and clocked in at 1:58.51 and 1:59.84, respectively...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed second at the SVSU Cardinal and came in at 3:35.74...earned a season best of 1:56.83 in the 800-meter run at the GVSU Big Meet and was also a member of the distance medley relay team that crossed the line at 10:30.94...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that crossed the line at a season best 3:26.38 at the Indoor GLIAC Championships. Outdoor: Redshirted the outdoor season.

2009-10: Indoor: ran a time of 2:05.63 at the SVSU Holiday Classic and a 2:00.17 at the SVSU Indoor Classic...was a member of the first place 4x400-meter relay team that timed in at 3:25.72 at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational while also placing seventh in the 800-meter run clocking in at 2:00.68...ran a season best in the 800-meter run at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open timing in at 1:59.17 and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that crossed the line at 3:28.16...placed seventh in the 400-meter run at the CMU Jack Skoog Open and was a member of the second place 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:28.90...also helped the 4x400-meter relay team place sixth overall at the Indoor GLIAC Championships timing in at 3:19.18. Outdoor: ran a time of 50.69 in the 400-meter dash, good enough for seventh, at the MSU Spartan Invitational and a time of 51.32 at the Stan Lyons Invitational...ran a 2:02.81 in the 800-meter run at the Northwood Invitational and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:30.52...ran a season best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.80 and was a member of the seventh place 4x400-meter relay team that timed in at 3:23.59.

2008-09: Indoor: took fourth place in the 400-meter and second in the 4x400-meter relay with a final time of 3:27.40 at the SVSU Holiday Classic…finished seventh at the GVSU Invitational in the 400-meter run…participant in the 400-meter run and the 4x400-meter relay at the SVSU Collegiate open and the SVSU Collegiate Open Classic earning a ninth and sixth place finish in the 400-meter and two first place finishes in the 400-meter relay…timed in at 50.60 and 50.42 in the 400-meter run at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open and the GVSU Big Meet…was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fifth at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge with a final time of 3:22.40…earned a first place finish in the Distance Medley relay at the Indoor GLIAC Championships timing in at 10:06.23, breaking the previous Ryder Arena Record. Outdoor: participant in the 800-meter run at the Michigan State Spartan Invitational and the Miami of Ohio Invitational timing in at 1:59.63 and 1:58.86…took tenth overall in the 800-meter run timing in at 1:57.43 and fifth in the 4x400-meter relay wih a time of 3:21.65 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championship meet.
