2008-09: Was a member of the first place 4x400-meter relay team two times, once at the SVSU Collegiate Open with a time of 3:25.02 and once at the Collegiate Open Indoor Classic with a time of 3:27.64…also took first place at the GVSU Invitational in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.52 and at the Division II Team Challenge with a time of 1:53.66…finished first place overall in the distance medley at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 10:06.23, breaking the previous Ryder Arena Record…placed second in the 800-meter run at GVSU’s Bob Eubanks Open and in the 4x400-meter relay at SVSU’s Holiday Open with a time of 3:27.40 and third in the mile with a time of 4:25.93…took second place overall at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.61 and fifth in the 4x400-meter relay…was a member of the fifth place 4x400-meter relay team at the Division II Team Challenge…also took fifth in the 400-meter dash with a final time of 51.24 seconds at the Collegiate Open Indoor Classic and in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.77 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship…took seventh place overall at MSU’s Spartan Invitational in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:04.75…participated in the 800-meter run at the national meet and placed thirteenth overall with a time of 1:52.59.

2007-08: Redshirted.

2006-07: Placed first in the 60 meter hurdles at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate (8.58)... finished second in the 600 meters at the Jack Skoog Open with a time of 1:22.78... part of 1600 meter relay who finished third at the Indoor GLIAC Championships... took first in the 400 meter hurdles at the Northwood Open (54.91)... placed second in the 800 meters at the SVSU Outdoor Collegiate (1:56.92)... finished third in the 400 meter hurdles at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships (54.04).

2005-06: Qualified for the USATF Junior Outdoor Nationals in the 400 meter hurdles... won the 400 meter hurdles at the Windsor Open with a time of 53.97... took fourth at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 400 meter hurdles.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Goodrich High School... set school record in the 100 meter hurdles, 800 meter relay and 1600 meter relay teams... majoring in English Second Language... son of Kirk Richards... born 06-28-87.
