FINDLAY, Ohio -- Saginaw Valley State University sophomore guard Myles Belyeu has been named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Midwest Region Team after his performance during the 2019-20 season.

Belyeu was named to the D2CCA All-Midwest Region Second Team, earning his first career all-region accolades in his second year for the Cardinals. 

Myles led the team and ranked second in the league with his 21.0 ppg scoring average. He ranked first in overall minutes logged and had the most made free throws as well. He averaged 7.3 rpg, ranking him sixth in the GLIAC, and his 82.4% free throw percentage ranked fourth in the league. In all, he had eight double-doubles this season and posted a new career-high of 33 points, which he attained twice. 

Belyeu earned All-GLIAC honors for the second straight season, being named to the All-GLIAC First Team. He was named All-GLIAC Second Team his freshman campaign in 2018-19 as well.
