SAGINAW -- The Saginaw Valley State University Football program is hosting its annual golf outing, the 2019 Muddy Waters Tee-off, this upcoming Saturday June 8 at Crooked Creek Golf Course.

The event will begin with registration and lunch at 11:00 a.m. After registration, the opening address and shotgun start will officially begin the scramble at 12:15 p.m. This year's event will feature main sponsor Janis Tire & Auto, which is owned and operated by former SVSU All-American and NFL wide receiver Jeff Janis. 

Janis will be joining many SVSU Football Alumni and Cardinal supporters at this year's event. There will be a post-outing social that will begin at 5:00 p.m., with everyone welcome and dinner being provided. 

"We appreciate all of the support from our alumni, Cardinal family and local businesses in supporting this ongoing tradition for the SVSU Football program," said head coach Ryan Brady. "I am overwhelmed by the excitement and anticipation leading up to Saturday's outing and look forward to a fun event!"
