UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. – Tickets for the 2023 Fall season including football, volleyball, and soccer are now on sale. Cardinal fans can visit svsucardinals.com/tickets to purchase single game, season tickets, and parking passes for all SVSU home football and volleyball contests.
SVSU Athletics invites the community, faculty, staff, and students to Harvey Randall Wickes Memorial Stadium when the Cardinal football team opens the season on Thursday, August 31 at home against Winona State at 6:00 p.m. SVSU will look to compete for a postseason berth as they host the Warriors who qualified for the 2022 NCAA DII playoffs.
The game is the Annual Red Feather Classic and the Fordney Club is sponsoring a free concert featuring Nameless, a local band that is made up of several alumni from Saginaw Valley State University. The concert is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. and is located in the area behind the baseball and softball fields in Lot C.
In addition, SVSU Athletics is handing out $5.00 vouchers to the first 500 SVSU students, faculty, and staff who enter Lot C on foot or in a car that is redeemable at the food trucks on site.
All Saginaw Valley State students, faculty, and staff can receive their complimentary All-Sport Pass that earns them admission into all Cardinal home events for the 2023-24 year by going to the ticketing site and signing up.
All other Cardinal fans can purchase season ticket packages for $75.00 online via the ticketing website. Cardinal Booster Club Members will receive a discounted rate on season tickets. The CBC is open to all those interested in joining by clicking here.
Single-game tickets are set at $13.00 for adults, and $10.00 for students K-12 and seniors 62 years and older if purchased online ahead of time. The games against Northwood in week two and Grand Valley State in week five are set at premium prices of $18.00 for adults, $12.00 for students K-12 and seniors (62+) online in advance. Ticket prices increase by $2.00 for all on-site ticket purchases.
Parking prices vary depending on the Lot and vehicle type. Lot C and C1 parking is $10.00 if parking passes are purchased online in advance. It is $7.00 in all other lots. RV and Busses are $15.00 in Lot C and C1, and $10.00 in all other Lots if purchased online in advance. Those prices increase by $5.00 for Lot C and C1 ($3.00 for all other Lots) if purchased with cash onsite.
