BAY CITY, Mich. - Saginaw Valley State University junior cross crountry student-athlete Allison Dorr has been selected as the GLIAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week following her performance Saturday (Sep. 10) at the Ray Helsing Invitational.
Dorr finished in second place overall with a time of 18:41.9 in the 5K race, marking her best time for that distance by 18 seconds in leading the Cardinals to a third place finish in the event.
The Cardinals are back in action on Friday (Sep. 16), when the team travels to compete in the Spartan Invitational, hosted by Michigan State University.
