Saginaw Valley:
Saginaw Valley has won four straight after their 3-0 victory over Wayne State on Tuesday (10/28). The winning streak has pushed the Cardinals record to 14-8 overall on the season and 10-4 in the GLIAC. SVSU sits in fifth place in the overall GLIAC standings heading into this weekend. SVSU finishes the season with four straight road games which includes three of the top four teams in the league.
Michigan Tech:
The Michigan Tech Huskies are 9-14 overall and 6-8 in the GLIAC this year. The Huskies have lost three matches in a row including a 3-0 decision to Northern Michigan on Tuesday (10/28). The Cardinals split the two meetings last year with Tech, losing 3-2 in Houghton and sweeping 3-0 at home.
Northern Michigan:
The Wildcats have lost six of their last seven meetings and are 11-12 overall with a 11-3 mark in the GLIAC. NMU is one game ahead of SVSU in the GLIAC standings heading into this weekend's games. The Cardinals dropped both decisions to the Wildcats last year, 3-0 in Marquette and 3-2 at home.
