UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University volleyball team, in conjuction with the team's annual banquet, announced the award-winners for the 2009 season.  The 2009 Cardinals won a share of the program's first-ever GLIAC Championship, winning the GLIAC North Division outright, and advanced to their second-straight appearance in the NCAA Division II Playoffs.  The team finished with a 22-10 overall record, posting a 12-4 mark in conference play.  The award winners are listed below:
