CALEDONIA, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University track and field teams concluded competition at the Davenport Invitational and Concordia Legacy Invite on Saturday. SVSU now looks ahead to the GLIAC Championships next week at Grand Valley State University.

Women's Highlights:

• The 4x100-meter relay team of Alona Olshevska, Cheyenne Williamson, Sophia Thelen, and Angelina Delbosque took first with a time of 46.46 seconds at CUAA.
• Emily Buska led SVSU in the 1500-meter run at Davenport, finishing with a time of 5:21.48. Also running was Jessica Jablonski, who finished with a time of 5:35.18 and Grace Kendziorski, who ran 5:57.16. 
• Jordan Abston posted a time of 13.01 seconds in the 100-meter dash at Concordia.

Men's Highlights:

• In the 400-meter dash at CUAA, Ryan Mixon was eighth in 53.36 seconds.
• Bryan Jackson competed in the 800-meter run for SVSU at Davenport and ran 2:04.00.

Up next:

The Cardinals are set to compete in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships beginning at 1:30 pm Wednesday at Grand Valley State University.
