2014-15:  Became the first WSU female athlete in history to participate in the NCAA Championship in three different sports (Indoor track, Outdoor Track and Cross Country) ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... ran in all eight meets of the season ... placed 10th overall (18:58.13) at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/6) ... completed the MSU Spartan Invitational 29th overall (9/12) ... ran second at the SIU-Edwardsville meet with a time of 22:20.39 (10/4) ... recorded a 5K career-best of 17:56.3 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational (10/11) ... won the LSSU Invitational with a time of 21:44.33 (10/25) ... posted a career-best six-kilometer time of 21:24.0 at GLIAC Championships placing 15th overall and earned All-GLIAC Second Team (11/8) ... finished 20th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/22) with a time of 21:35.4 earning All-Region honors ... completed the season at NCAA National Championship meet placing 31st overall (22:03.50) earning All-American accolade.

2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team ... ran in six meets during season ... placed 10th overall (19:29.81) as Warriors won the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/7) ... ran season-best 6K time of 22:59, placing 40th at MSU Spartan Invitational (9/13) ... posted top 5K time of 19:16 to finish 31st at Western Ontario Invitational (10/21) ... finished fifth (23:19.74) to help lead WSU to victory at SIU-Edwardsville Invitational (10/5) ... placed 40th (23:55.9) at GLIAC Championships (10/26) ... ran to 57th (23:01) at NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/9).  INDOOR:  Participated in eight races during the indoor season ... tallied 11 top-three finishes, including two first-place finishes ... grabbed three third-place finishes at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite in the DMR, 800m, and the 1000m ... helped the DMR team to a first-place finish at the SVSU "The Cardinal" meet ... grabbed a runner-up finish in the mile and a third-place spot in the 3000m at the SVSU "The Cardinal" meet ... garnered first in the 800m at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic, while finishing second in the 4x8 relay ... placed  third in the mile at the GLIAC Championships, punching her ticket to the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.  OUTDOOR:  Ran in four races during the outdoor season ... placed third in the 800m at the Bellarmine Invitational, crossing the line at 2:16.84 ... had a runner-up finish in the 1500m at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 4:31.85 ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2012-13:  CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 14th (19:16) at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/8) ... took 12th (24:01.19) to help the Warriors win the Mack Cooper Classic (9/14) ... finished 61st (24:09.0) at the Roy Griak Invite (9/29) ... placed 28th (18:55.2) at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/6) ... had season-best 6K run of 22:26.2 to finish 30th overall at the GLIAC Championships (10/20) ... finished 63rd (23:01) at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/3).  INDOOR: Set school records in the 800 meter (2:16.75), 1 mile (5:08.05) and as part of 4x400 relay (4:13.79) and 4,000 DMR (12:19.14) teams at the GLIAC Indoor Championship ... won the 800 meter run (2:20.08) at the Baldwin-Wallace Meet ... won the 1 mile run (5:09.21) at the Spire D-II Challenge ... helped the Warriors earn a point at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with her effort in the 4,000 DMR, which also earned an NCAA Provisional qualifying time.  OUTDOOR:  Selected as the team's Freshman of the Year ... established school record in the 800 meter run, with best time coming at Eastern Michigan Twilight (2:16.71) ... also won Adrian Invitational in 800 meter run (2:22.70) ... also set school record in 1,500 meter run, finishing sixth (4:42.22) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship ... placed 12th in the 800 meter run (2:19.75) at the conference meet.

High School:  A 2012 graduate of Oxford High School ... earned four letters each in cross country and track and field, while attending Ontario High School (Mansfield, Ohio) and Oxford ... placed 11th in the 2011 Division 1 Regional cross country meet in a time of 19:29.00, then finished 38th at the state meet in a time of 19:01.3 ... placed sixth in the 800m (2:15.04) at the 2012 Division 1 state track meet ... was a four-time all-league selection in cross country ... served as a team captain in both cross country, and track and field ... was a member of the National Honor Society ... earned Scholar-Athlete accolades six times.
