2012-13: Indoor: clocked his fastest 1 mile run of the year at the SVSU "The Cardinal" with a time of 4:41.80...turned in a 9:28.68 in the 3,000m run at the Jack Skoog Open. Outdoor: placed first with a season-best 9:54.39 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2013 CMU - Lyle Bennett Open...crossed the line in 9:27.85 in the 3,000m at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.
