From Head Coach Andy Wagstaff

"Playing at LEC is one of the toughest games on our schedule. They are extremely difficult to beat at home, and tonight was no different. We played outstanding at times and I felt like we would score but LEC defended so well it made for a long night. When we fell a goal behind I was certainly worried but trusted that our players would be able to elevate their game to another level and find a way back in. From one of our 14 corners tonight, we finally scored throuth T.J. Stephens, who got on the end of a brilliant corner from Liam Reilly. The winner from Wilson was top, top class and it was great work from Liam and Andrew Dalou leading to the goal for the victory. This was huge for our team in so many ways and tonight our staff and I are extremely proud of these young men...they are warriors!"
