Scott Allen Selby began his golf career in 2010 and is serving in third season as the Assistant Golf Coach at SVSU. He is in his 10^th season as an Assistant Golf Professional and Tournament Director at the Midland Country Club in Midland, Michigan. Selby is currently working towards his PGA apprenticeship.

Selby played football at Wyoming Rogers High School located in Wyoming, Michigan. After graduating, he went on to attend Grand Rapids Community College.

Selby currently resides in Midland with his wife of 17 years, Heather, and their two daughters Bailey, age 12, and Brooklyn, age 9.
