Saginaw Valley State Men’s Golf Named All-Academic Team by the GCAA

NORMAN, Okla. – The Saginaw Valley State University men's golf team was one of 266 schools across six divisions to earn a team academic award from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

The Cardinals were one of 33 NCAA Division II men's golf teams, and the only Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) member, to earn the All-Academic Team award for maintaining at least a 3.0 team GPA through the 2022-23 academic year.

The GCAA was established in 1958 and is the professional organization of men's collegiate golf coaches. The GCAA's mission is to support its member coaches from six divisions by creating educational opportunities, providing resources, and promoting the achievements of its members and their student-athletes in academic, athletic, and civic endeavors.
