INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The SVSU men's basketball competed in its second exhibition of the 2016-17 season at Butler University on Saturday (Nov. 5). The Cardinals would fall to the Bulldogs by a 77-50 margin in Indy. 

Butler carried a 34-27 lead into the haltime break and would outscore the Cardinals by a 43-23 margin in the second frame, closing out for the 27-point victory. 

Inside the Boxscore

  • C.J. Turnage led the Cards offensively, posting 11 points with three rebounds.
  • Jake Daniels had eight points off the bench, connecting on a pair of triples on five tries.
  • Garrett Hall added seven points for SVSU.
  • Caleb Davis posted a team-best six boards with a block and four points.
