BAY CITY, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced the all-conference basketball teams today (Mar. 8). Saginaw Valley State University mens basketball senior Chris Webb was selected to the 2012-13 All-GLIAC First Team.

Webb led the Cardinals in scoring and ranked seventh in the GLIAC this season at 16.3 points per game, while shooting 41.8 percent from the floor. He fired 78.6 percent from the free throw line on the year, good for 17th in the conference. Webb also led the GLIAC in minutes played at 37.0 per contest.

Webb led the Cardinals in scoring in 15 of 25 contests in his final season.

In addition to being named All-GLIAC, Webb was also named to the GLIAC All-Defensive team for the second time in his career.

Saginaw Valley finished the season with a 12-13 overall record and 10-12 record in the GLIAC.
