UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University women's and men's basketball doubleheader at Wayne State University this Thursday (Dec. 8) will be available to viewers in Michigan with Comcast Cable channel 900.

The Lady Cardinals (2-4, 1-0 GLIAC) are looking to improve to 2-0 in the GLIAC for the first time since the 1998-99 season.  SVSU is led by Jasmine Woods (Lansing, Mich./Holt HS) who is averaging 11.5 points per game this season.

The men (4-3, 1-0 GLIAC) are currently riding a three-game winning streak into Thursday night's game.  SVSU easily defeated Marygrove College on Saturday (Dec. 3), 102-62.  The Cardinals are led by Chris Webb (Saginaw, Mich./Arthur Hill HS) and his 18.6 points per game this season.
