2012: Competed in eight games for the Cardinals...recorded 10 total tackles, one solo, on the year with a season-high total two tackles in a win at Northwood (Oct. 6)...tallied one sack, one tackle for loss and one pass breakup during his sophomore campaign.

2011: Saw action in seven games for the Cardinals...posted a total of five tackles on the season.

2010: Saw action in one game against Grand Valley in the 2010 season.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Westerville South High School in Columbus, Ohio...was a three-year starter on varsity...was named all-league in 2009 en-route to leading the team to the ‘09 City Championship, OCC-Cardinal Conference Championship, and Regional Semifinals...majoring in physical therapy...son of Oscar and Shana Ward...born 12/4/91.
