2012: Appeared in 14 contests for the Cardinals, starting in three of them...threw 26.2 innings  striking out 16 batters as he recorded a 1-2 record as he ended up in the starting rotation by season's end...best showing of the year came at Dow Diamond against Northwood as he threw six innings allowing two runs while striking out two to pick up the win...gave up just five runs in his last 23.1 innings of work.

2011: Saw action in 11 games off the bench for the Cardinals…posted a 3-1 record, pitching 18 innings with 16 strikeouts and a 4.00 earned run average…pitched two innings with three strikeouts against Findlay (Apr. 2).

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Canton High School…was a member of the basketball, tennis, football, and baseball teams…was named the Canton Chiefs 2010 pitcher of the year…earned a total of four varsity letters…helped lead his team to a regional and district championship as well as a KLAA Association Champions district championship…named all-region, all-district, all-conference, and All-State Division I second team…finished his senior year pitching a total of 60 innings going 10-0 with an ERA of 1.6 and six saves along with a batting average of .417…was a member of National Honor Society…was a KLAA scholar athlete in both baseball and tennis…was on the principle’s honor roll and was a senior peer mentor and mediator…earned the president’s award for educational excellence…majoring in business management…son of Chris and Brenda Tidwell…born 3-19-92.
