We appreciate your interest in joining the SVSU Cardinal Athletic Club for the 2019-20 Academic year. Please note that there our membership levels and the names of the levels have changed slightly. Please choose your desired membership level below and complete the rest of the form to sign up for this year's payroll deduct. There is also an option to sign up for continuing payroll deduct. By doing so, you understand that the total amount of the membership cost will be divided incrementally over the number of pay periods remaining for the fiscal year.
