2013-14:  Indoor: set a season-best in the men's 800m at the SVSU Holiday Classic, crossing the finish line in a time of 2:00.75 for 5th place...recorded a personal best of 4:42.60 in the one mile race at the GVSU Big Meet Invite, to take 39th in the event. Outdoor: ran the 800m in 1:59.82 to set a career best at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet and take 4th...made his career best in the 1500m race at the Northwood open where he finished in 4:14.32 to take 9th overall.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Lake Orion High School under coach Stanley Ford...won two varsity letters in cross country and four in track and field...senior year was regional and league champion in the 3,200m relay and led team to a second place finish in the regional tournament...was All-State in the 3,200m relay and all-league in the 800m run and 3,200m relay...member of the OAA Red Division 1 track state champion versity team...was an OAA scholar athlete...majoring in business...son of James and Margaret Modrak...born 12/30/93.
