TIFFIN, Ohio - The Saginaw Valley State University men's golf team competed at the Kyle Ryman Memorial hosted by Tiffin University on Monday and Tuesday. The two-day 54-hole competition took place at the Mohawk Golf and Country Club. The Cardinals placed seventh in the team standings with a score of 877.
Nicklaus Bailey and Joey Per led the Cardinals as they tied for 13th place with a score of 216. Connor Jakacki finished tied for 36th place with a 221. Jiseung Choi finished 60th place with a score of 228 to complete the scoring for the Cardinals. Brendon Gouin also competed for SVSU and finished in a tie for 61st with a 229.

SVSU will compete at the Motor City Invite hosted by Wayne State University next Sunday at TPC Michigan in Dearborn, Mich.
