Title: Student Assistant Coach - Slot Receivers

Tanner Kain joined the SVSU Football coaching staff in spring 2020 as a graduate assistant coach. Kain will work primarily with the slot receivers. 

Kain, a former Western Michigan  Wide Receiver, spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons as the wide receiver coach and strength and conditioning coach at Saginaw Heritage High School.
 
Tanner Kain then went on to play at Western Michigan University for two seasons as a preferred walked on under Coach Cubit And Coach P.J. Fleck.
 
In High school Tanner Kain Graduated from John Glenn High School with All State recognitions as a wide receiver. With 38 receptions 1,200 yards and 19 Touchdowns.
