UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University baseball team has postponed their home doubleheader which was originally scheduled for Wednesday (April 10) and then moved to Thursday (April 11) due to large amounts of precipitation that has fallen on the campus of SVSU.

No make up date has been announced.

Saginaw Valley is currently 9-13 overall on the season and 7-5 in the conference. Grand Valley enters the match-up at 16-11 overall and 10-4 atop the GLIAC standings.

After a slow start, the Cardinals have won 7-of-9 and are coming off a road sweep at Lake Erie College last weekend.

SVSU Baseball is hopeful of getting back in action this weekend for their scheduled home series against Malone University.
