2012-13: Competed in the 6k at the GLIAC Championships and crossed the line with season-best time of 22:55.0...turned in a season-beset 5k time of 18:45.8 at the Michigan Intercollegiate...finished in top-fifteen in the 5k with a time of 19:31.2 to help the Cardinals win the Lansing Community College Invitational...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2011-12: Selected to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2010-11: Clocked in at 20:54 at the EMU Classic...had a season best of 20:49 at the Lansing Invitational...ran at the Regional Championships and crossed the line at 26:24.10.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Hemlock High School…earned four varsity letters in cross country…majoring in biochemistry…daughter of Joseph and Terry Paris…born 9/6/91.
