Saginaw Valley State University volleyball senior student-athlete Makenzie Frodle has been selected to the 2014 CoSIDA CapitalOne Academic All-District Team.
Frodle, a middle-hitter for the Cardinals, has put together a fantastic season on the court for SVSU. She has a GLIAC-leading .362 hitting percentage, racking-up 223 kills and adding a team-high 70 blocks.
Aside from her great play on the court, Frodle has maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA while majoring in English at Saginaw Valley State. Her second-consecutive year being honored as All-District makes her eligible for Academic All-American honors, which are released later in the year.
