Indoor: posted a career-best in the mile of 5:01.81 at the 2014 GLIAC Indoor Championships (placing 5th)...also set a personal-record in the 3000m event at the Jack Scoog Open with a time of 10:44.52...traveled to the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship for the mile, finishing 15th with a time of 5:05.55. 2012-13: Cross Country: crossed the line with a season-best 5k time of 18:52.76 at the Michigan Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships...ran her fastest 6k of the year at the GLIAC Conference Championships with a time of 22:39.89. Indoor: posted a career-best 2:23.96 in the 800m at the SVSU - GVSU Dual...cocked a personal record in 1 mile run with a time of 5:20.20 at the SVSU Indoor Classic...turned in her fastest 3,000m run of the year at the SVSU "The Cardinal" with a time of 10:59.65. Outdoor: ran a season-best 5:18.81 in the 1,500m run at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet...posted her fastest 3,000m steeplechase of the year with a time of 13:02.92 at the Michigan State Spartan Invitational...finished her fastest times of the season in the 5,000m run and 400m hurdles at the Northwood Open with times of 19:38.49 and 1:24.23 respectively...placed third in the 1 mile run with a 5:21.39 at the SVSU "The Cardinal."

Prior to SVSU/Personal:  Prepped at Chesaning High School…earned a total of eight varsity letters…was captain of the cross country and track and field teams…named first team all-conference, All-State Honorable mention for cross country in the 2010 season…earned all-region honors…was class vice-president in 2008-09 and class president in 2009-10…earned academic honors…majoring in business management…daughter of Boyd and Charlotte Fondren…born 9/29/92.
