2012-13: Indoor: won the 800m run with a season best-time of 2:25.65 and finished first in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:01.88 at the SVSU Indoor Classic...set the season mark with a 57.64 in the 400m dash at Hoosier Hills...placed third at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:52.54...crossed the line first in both the 800m run and 4x400m relay at both the SVSU "Doug Hansen" Open and the SVSU Holiday Classic with times of 2:17.43, 4:04.64, 2:20.13 and 4:04.39 respectively. Outdoor: tied a career-best 200m dash time of 25.40 and finished third at the GVSU vs. SVSU meet...crossed the line third with a season-best 56.27 in the 400m dash at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational...placed second with a 3:49.60 in the 4x400m relay, third with a 47.45 in the 4x100m relay and third with a 56.52 in the 400m dash at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...won the 4x100m relay at both the GVSU vs. SVSU meet and the Northwood Open with times of 48.67 and 48.93 respectively...posted a first place finish with a 3:45.58 in the 4x400m relay at the 2013 Hillsdale Classic...placed first in the 400m dash at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet with a time of 56.58...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2011-12: Indoor: crossed the line with a season best time of 57.85 in the 400m dash at the Indoor GLIAC Championships and was member of the first place 4,000m distance medley team that clocked an 11:56.85 at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Open...won the 400m dash at the GVSU Big Meet, SVSU - GVSU Dual, SVSU Indoor Classic and SVSU Doug Hansen Open with times of 58.17, 59.58, 1:00.62 and 1:02.24 respectively...member of the 4x400m relay team that finished first with a time of 4:18.25 at the SVSU Indoor Classic and finished runner-up at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open and SVSU Holiday Classic with times of 4:08.33 and 4:11.13 respectively. Outdoor: crossed the line with a personal best time of 25.40 in the 200m dash at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational and finished third in the 400m dash with a personal record time of 55.68 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championship...had a strong showing at the Northwood Open finishing fourth in the 800m with a new personal mark of 2:18.55 and winning the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:01.28...clocked a second, third and fourth place finish in the 400m dash with times of 55.76, 56.16 and 56.61 respectively at the GVSU Last Chance Meet, GVSU 2nd to Last Chance Meet and CSULA Twilight Open...finished second in the 4x400m relay at the GVSU Laker Early Bird with a time of 3:54.49...named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2010-11: Indoor: recorded a season best in the long jump of 4.72 meters at the SVSU Indoor Classic...competed in the open 400-meter run at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual and clocked in at 59.72...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that competed at the GaREAT Collegiate Open and crossed the line at 4:03.93 while also timing in at a season best 26.46 for the 200-meter dash...earned a season best of 59.16 in the open 400-meter, which was good for fourth, at the Indoor GLIAC Championships...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:57.64 at the GVSU Big Meet.  Outdoor: earned a season best in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.39 and was also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in at 3:58.44 at the EMU Twilight Invitational...recorded a season best in the 800-meter run of 2:26.73 at the FSU Bulldog Invitational...was a member of the fourth place 4x400-meter relay team that crossed the line at 3:54.14 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships while also earning a fifth place finish in the open 400-meter run with a final time of 58.56...earned a season best in the 400-meter run of 58.16 at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Southfield High School under Head Coach Calvin Johnson…received four varsity letters for track and field…competed in the 400m dash, 200m and 4x200m relay…was all-league, all-county and all-region her junior and senior campaign…honored as academic all-state in the 400m dash, 4x200 and 4x400…member of the National Honor Society and made honor roll throughout high school…was associated with Southfield Student Congress and Top Scholar…graduated in the top 5% of class…majoring in biology…daughter of Eric and Shontell Ballard…born 5/21/92.
