2012-13: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2011-12: Indoor: set her season best of 5:15.53 in the one mile at the GVSU Big Meet, good for 16th place of 48...ran the one mile at the GLIAC Indoor Championships, finishing in 5:20.90 and grabbing a 13th place finish...competed in the 4X400m Relay at the SVSU Holiday Classic with a time of 4:20.87 and 4th place overall. Outdoor: set her season best in the 800m at the SVSU vs. GVSU Dual, crossing the finish line at 2:36.77 in 6th place...finished 26th of 40 in the 1500m at the MSU Spartan Invitational, setting a season best of 4:54.01...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2010-11:  Cross Country: clocked in at 20:54 at the EMU Classic...had a season best of 20:49 at the Lansing Invitational...ran at the Regional Championships and crossed the line at 26:24.10.  Indoor: ran the mile at the SVSU Indoor Classic and came in at 5:55.44...clocked in at 5:43.23 for the mile run at the SVSU Cardinal...had a season best of 5:39.68 in the mile at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open.  Outdoor: participated in the 1,500-meter run at the Northwood Open and recorded a time of 5:15.52...ran the open 1,500-meter at the FSU Bulldog Invitational and timed in at 5:14.12...clocked in at 5:13.21 for the 1,500-meter run at the EMU Twilight Invitational...earned a season best of 5:07.87 in the 1,500-meter at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships.
