2012-13: Indoor: finished first in the high jump with a career-best height of 1.67m and placed second in the long jump with a season-best distance of 4.75m at the SVSU "The Cardinal"...ran her fastest 60m dash of the season at the SVSU Indoor Classic with a time of 9.27...posted first place finishes in the high jump at the SVSU Indoor Classic and SVSU "Doug Hansen" Open with heights of 1.61m and 1.59m respectively. Outdoor: reached her highest height of the season at 1.59m in the high jump at the 2013 CMU - Lyle Bennett Open...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2011-12: Indoor: Jumped her season high of 1.64m in the GLIAC Indoor Championships, finishing 6th overall...grabbed a first place finish in SVSU's "The Cardinal" meet, jumping a height of 1.61m...participated in long jump at the SVSU Holiday Classic meet, reaching a distance of 4.73m which was good for a 4th place finish. Outdoor: Had a season high of 1.60m that she reached in both the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational and the Aquinas Twilight Meet, finishing in 21st and 4th, respectively...placed 15th in the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, jumping a height of 1.56m...recorded her season high in the 4X100m Relay at the CMU Lyle Bennet Open, posting a time of 50.02, good for a 5th place finish. 

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Fraser High School…was named to the first team all-county and third team All-State in 2009…nominated as offensive MVP…was first team all-county in the long jump and high jump…named second place all-state in the high jump competition…member of All “A” Honor Roll from 2007-10 and was class valedictorian…major is currently undecided…daughter of Steve Frodel and Kim Gigliotti…born 5/2/93.
