2011-12: Indoor: Posted a season best of 11:21.06 in the 3,000m at the SVSU-GVSU Dual...recorded a time of 19:30.26 and a 21st place finish at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 5,000m good for another season best. Outdoor: Made her season high of 10:58.52 in the 3,000m at the CMU Lyle Bennet Open, placing 5th...finished 26th of 44 at the MSU Spartan Invitational, posting her season best in the 5,000m of 19:11.27...competed in the 5,000m at GLIAC Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 20:04.98, good for 26th place overall.

2010-11:  Cross Country: had a season best of 21:01 at the Lansing Invitational...recorded a time of 25:06.2 at the GLIAC Championships.  Indoor: timed in at 11:55.36 for the 3,000-meter run at the Indoor GLIAC Championships...recorded a season best in the mile at the SVSU vs GVSU Dual clocking in at 5:59.25...had a season best 5,000-meter time of 20:25.55 at the SVSU Cardinal...ran the 5,000-meter at the SVSU Indoor Classic and timed in at a season best of 11:47.64.  Outdoor: clocked in at 19:38.10 for the 5,000-meter run at the Northwood Open...ran the 5,000-meter at the EMU Twilight Classic and crossed the line at 19:37.56...earned a season best of 19:36.96 at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships, good for 25th overall.

2009-10: Indoor: participated in the GVSU Early Bird Invitational and the CMU Jack Skoog Open running the 3,000-meter clocking in at 12:19.90 and 12:26.32...ran the 5,000-meter at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open crossing the line at 21:36.95...earned season bests in the 3,000-meter run and the 5,000-meter run at the SVSU Indoor Classic and the SVSU Holiday Classic timing in at 11:57.10 and 21:32.34.  Outdoor: participated in the MSU Spartan Invitational and the FSU Bulldog Invitational and timed in at 21:37.96 and 20:45.43...ran a season best in the 5,000-meter at the Northwood Open coming in at 20:30.87.
